2. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver orders within 30 to 90 minutes, depending on location and availability.

  • Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide correct address and contact details.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant/store starts preparing the order.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.


4. Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns on delivered items.

  • Customers are requested to check the order at the time of delivery.


5. Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved (in case of wrong/missing/damaged item), it will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.


6. Payment Terms

  • We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Customers must ensure successful payment confirmation before order processing.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Product availability depends on restaurant/store stock.


8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must answer delivery calls for smooth delivery.

  • If delivery fails due to unreachable phone number or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
