Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant/store starts preparing the order.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
We do not offer returns on delivered items.
Customers are requested to check the order at the time of delivery.
If a refund is approved (in case of wrong/missing/damaged item), it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers must answer delivery calls for smooth delivery.
If delivery fails due to unreachable phone number or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
