At Quick Delivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Missing item in the order
Damaged or spoiled product
Order not delivered
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
Refunds will not be provided if:
Incorrect address or contact details were provided by the customer
Customer was unavailable at the time of delivery
Delay caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances
Change of mind after order confirmation
Once the issue is verified, the refund will be approved.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
If an order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation and refund are not allowed.
