Refund Policy – Quick Delivery

At Quick Delivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Damaged or spoiled product

  • Order not delivered

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Incorrect address or contact details were provided by the customer

  • Customer was unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances

  • Change of mind after order confirmation


3. Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified, the refund will be approved.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.


4. Cancellation Refund

  • If an order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation and refund are not allowed.
