Cancellation Policy – Quick Delivery

At Quick Delivery, we aim to process orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant/store starts preparing the order.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • To cancel, customers must contact customer support immediately after placing the order.


2. Refund on Cancellation

  • If the order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable if the order is already dispatched.


3. Cancellation by Quick Delivery

Quick Delivery reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product not available

  • Restaurant/store closed

  • Delivery location outside service area

  • Technical or payment issues

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


4. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not responding to calls

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

The order will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.


Quick Delivery reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
